ReColour Paint – ‘Giving Surplus a Purpose’

Having looked at and used a range of paint brands I decided to become a stockist of ReColour because not only do our values and ethos align but it is also great quality, easy to use and very affordable!   ReColour Chalky Furniture Paint in partnership with Community RePaint is made with leftover, waste paint which, using innovative technology, has been filtered, treated and blended to create a range of great colours.

Each year an estimated 50 million litres of paint is either thrown away or stored in homes or garages despite over 50% of it still being usable.   Community RePaint is a UK wide paint reuse network, sponsored by Dulux that aims to collect this leftover paint and redistribute it to benefit individuals, families, communities and charities in need at an affordable cost. It’s their vision to create communities where everyone has the opportunity to brighten their spaces and their lives.

ReColour paint goes on most surfaces with minimal prep, no need to prime or undercoat and it gives a lovely, matt finish – just grab a paint brush and start painting! We recommend sealing with a wax or clear varnish to protect your work.
