1. Source, Design and Refine

1.1 Client consultation (fee applicable)
1.2 Outline design, quote and timescales to be provided within 7 working days.
1.3 20% Deposit payable by the client.
1.4 UTJ to Provide a final quote prior to sourcing the agreed piece.
1.5 Client will be kept informed of progress, including photos for sign-of
1.6 Final invoice to be settle prior to delivery.
1.7 Consultation fee and deposit to be offset against final invoice.
1.8 Deposit non-refundable once the agreed piece has been purchased by UTJ.

2. Design and Refine

2.1 Client consultation (fee applicable).
2.2 Outline design and quote to be provided within 7 working days.
2.3 Agree final design, and timescale for completion.
2.4 10% Deposit payable.
2.5 Client will be kept informed of progress, including photos for sign-off
2.6 Final invoice to be settle prior to delivery.
2.7 Consultation fee and deposit to be offset against final invoice.
2.8 Deposit non-refundable should the client cancel.
2.9 In the unlikely event UTJ cannot fulfil the work commitment as prior agreed then the deposit will be refunded.

3. Furniture to Go

3.1 Pieces available to purchase through our website and Etsy, https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/UpTownJunkPoole?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=1300674954, or you can contact us direct to arrange a viewing in person.
3.2 Viewings or visits to the UTJ Workshop by appointment only.

4. Workshop Tutorials

4.1 Attendees will be sent a short Health & Safety Risk Assessment which should be completed and returned prior to attending.
4.2 Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the workshop. UTJ will provide the paint and tools needed for the tutorials. Workshops are very hands-on and interactive so please dress appropriately we take no responsibility for clothing.
4.3 Refreshments and cake will be provided. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements upon booking.
4.4 If you need to cancel a Workshop then we do require 10 days notice prior to the tutorial start date. In this case we can transfer your booking to an alternative date or offer a full refund. If less than 10 days notice then we are unable to offer a refund but we would be happy to book you onto an alternative date.

5. Gift Vouchers

5.1 Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase and can be used against any of our services.
5.2 Gift Vouchers cannot be exchange for cash.
